Raymond F. Seavey, Jr., 41, a longtime resident of Nashua, died at Massachusetts General Hospital following a 20 year battle with cancer.
He was born in Boston, MA, on August 21, 1976, son of the late Raymond F. and Mary (Tyrrell) Seavey.
Ray held degrees in both Marketing and Sports Management. For many years he was a dedicated employee of Toyota of Nashua.
He is remembered as a devoted uncle, brother and friend. He was an avid New England sports fan. He enjoyed music and his favorite band was Metallica, and he could often be found listening or singing along to them. He also attended numerous concerts with his friends. Ray loved to spend time with family and friends and would love to talk about anything with anyone who was willing to listen.
Raymond is survived by his special little buddy, nephew Julien Rivera; his sisters and a brother-in-law, Candace Seavey-Mills of Nashua and Kimberly and Dana Flint of Litchfield and Dyanna Bord of NY; his nieces Domanique, Samantha and Alexandra Mills, all of Brookline and Georgette and Natalie Flint of Litchfield; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his friends and crew, Danny, Nate, Steve, Jeremy, Eric, Bob, Jay J., Jay M., Jay G. and good family friend Karen Conde.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua on Monday, November 27, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A Celebration of His Life will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM. Interment prayers and burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashua.
